How do I make a return:

For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us unless faulty & damaged. If, for whatever reason, you feel that you would like to send your goods back for an refund. Please read the following carefully.

Exclusions to return Policy / For Health & Hygiene:

Quilts, Duvets, Pillow’s & Mattress Protectors, no exchange or refund unless products are faulty or damaged. Also any fabrics cut from a roll – we recommend ordering a sample piece this also includes PVC, Oilcloth, Lining Fabric, Table Protector, Net Curtain’s and Curtain Fabrics.

If you are not happy with your goods please return them to us within 14 days of receipt.

We will be happy to make an refund, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

On receipt of the goods returned for a refund you will be refunded the amount paid for the goods and standard delivery charge (if applicable).

We strongly recommend you obtain a ‘Certificate of Posting’ from the post office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
